Lela Coffey, Brand Vice President, NA Hair Care Portfolio & Multicultural Beauty – As the Brand Vice President for P&G Beauty with a focus on multicultural consumers, Lela Coffey leads the Pantene Gold Series, My Black is Beautiful, and Head & Shoulders Royal Oils businesses, in addition to her oversight of the full Hair Care portfolio. She also serves as Brand Principal for the Walker & Co acquisition.
Lela brings to this role more than 20 years of brand building experience, having worked on several iconic brands including Cascade, Always, Tampax, Olay and Pantene. Lela’s passion for marketing excellence and inclusivity sets a high bar for business-building impact, challenging her colleagues and herself to deliver products and programs that are meaningful for every woman (and man).
A constant advocate of growing talent and building capability, Lela invests a substantial part of her time coaching and supporting the growth of her people, including to foster deeper understanding of the impact diverse, inclusive teams can have on our business and organization.
Lela is married to a fellow P&Ger and they have two beautiful daughters. The family resides in Cincinnati Ohio.
