Gayitri Budhraja is the Vice President of Brand at e.l.f. Beauty one of the fastest growing beauty companies, driven by a deep commitment to inclusive, accessible, cruelty-free beauty. She joined e.l.f. Beauty in 2015 and brings over 15 years of experience in marketing and general management, with a strong track record of building and growing brands through bold and imaginative marketing. Gayitri started at e.l.f. in Social Media; she spent the next three years in Sales driving the first wave of International expansion and accelerating the company’s retail partnership with Walmart, their largest customer. In 2018, Gayitri returned to Marketing to lead e.l.f.’s brand transformation -- unleashing a distinctive point of view with emotional charge, launching multiple disruptive brand campaigns, establishing an integrated marketing standard, and building a team to recharge our social media and influencer efforts. As E.l.f. Beauty continues to strategically expand its portfolio, Gayitri now leads Brand across e.l.f. Cosmetics, W3LL People (acquired in February 2020) and Keys Soulcare (created with Alicia Keys, launching in early 2021). Gayitri holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. She is based in San Francisco.
