Mukta Arora is the Managing Director at Elanco Innovation and Alliance Centre, IAC, India.
Elanco has set up a capability centre, the only one of its kind in the entire Animal Health care industry. The centre was set up recently in record time under her leadership and focuses on building internal niche capabilities and external alliances for the organisation. Mukta has been a champion of leveraging “Advantage Asia and India” for many years and is now actively helping drive our innovation and productivity strategy.
Prior to joining Elanco, Mukta has spent many years at Eli Lilly and Company and had set up and led the Lilly Capability centre LCCI, before being invited by Elanco to reproduce the success. Mukta has held several Professional Leadership positions in the Pharma industry across Business areas- Marketing and Sales leadership, P&L responsibilities, HR , BD and R&D over her career in India and Europe. She is married and has a son. Mukta loves to play golf and travel in her free time.
