Delilah Vinzon is an attorney in the FTC’s Western Region Los Angeles office. As a litigator handling cases for the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, she has worked on federal investigations and lawsuits to stop deceptive and unfair business practices in a number of areas, including telemarketing and online and print advertising. Delilah has also organized and participated in numerous outreach events, educating the community, law enforcement and service providers on a variety scams and best practices. Prior to joining the FTC, she spent 16 years in commercial litigation, most recently as a litigation partner at DLA Piper LLP and Special Counsel at Milbank LLP. Her practice has focused on high stakes commercial litigation representing individuals, companies, and financial institutions, and doing extensive litigation to protect civil liberties of underserved communities. Delilah received her bachelor’s degree from UCLA and law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.
