Sarah Garant is Executive Director of CMC Manufacturing at Seres Therapeutics. She is a chemical engineer with over 10 years of experience across industrial and pharmaceutical biotech. Sarah earned her Master of Science in Engineering from Dartmouth and entered the biotechnology space working on fuel ethanol employing cellulolytic bacteria. Her career has spanned process development and manufacturing from pilot plant design, commissioning and start up to process transfer and clinical manufacture. She thrives on technical challenges and enjoys moving ideas from the bench to initial demonstration and beyond.
