Ben is a research scientist at Yale University in the department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. His research focus is on the discovery and characterization of bacteriophage able to force re-sensitization of bacteria to chemical antibiotics and/or attenuate virulence. At Yale University, he has treated (with permission from the FDA) numerous multi- and pan- drug resistant infections and will present a brief case series describing several of them.
