As Anthem’s Innovation Ecosystem leader, Kristen is responsible for the identification, evaluation, and launch of strategic partnerships. Her diverse background in technology, accounting, and sales, accelerates Anthem’s vision to create a digital-first healthcare system by collaborating with startups, non-profits, and other key stakeholders in the health and fintech ecosystem. Key to Anthem Innovation’s success is Kristen’s leadership and facilitation of open communication between Anthem partners, collaborators, internal teams, and it’s members. 
 
Kristen previously worked for Deloitte, facilitating Innovation and Healthcare projects, and curating strategic partnerships with leading universities. She is a Graduate of Wake Forest University where she obtained a Master’s of Science in Accounting and the University of North Carolina Asheville where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting
