My passion is to help create the healthcare system of the future. As Managing Director of Flying Health, I am facilitating the leading ecosystem for next generation healthcare, bringing together industry leaders and entrepreneurs.

The healthcare landscape is currently changing enormously. At the same time, I have the feeling that many players are still acting the same as they have done for decades. At Flying Health, we ask ourselves every day: How do we want our healthcare system to look like in the future? And what can we do - today - to get a step closer towards this future?

Beyond my daily work at Flying Health, I am a passionate advocate for female leadership and female entrepreneurship. I am a Vice President of the German Startup Association, aiming to create lasting impact to attract more women into starting and leading businesses. I am also an active mentor in various programmes, and a host of the ‘Female Founders Edition’ of MediaPioneer’s Tech Briefing Podcast - making sure female role models in the startup scene become more visible.
