Rob Keen’s personal commitment and dedication to connecting the environment, health and wellness to business decisions, at every level, is perfectly suited for his role as CEO Weleda, North America, one of the largest, most respected Natural Organic Skincare brands in the global landscape.

Rob joined Weleda in 2016 and is charged with leading the business toward its next phase of growth. Weleda’s portfolio of high quality, plant-based and Fair-Trade products have been caring for the whole person since 1921. He attributes the company’s recent growth surge to Weleda’s compelling mandate - to improve the environment through biodynamic farming and environmentally pro-active business practices.

The Foundation for Living Beauty
In 2019, Rob joined the Board of Directors of the non-profit, “The Foundation for Living Beauty.” This organization exists to bring wellness and inspiration to women who are battling the toxic effects of chemotherapy.

The relationship was launched when Rob found a charitable partner that not only shared Weleda’s values, but would benefit from the brand’s vision, to enable women to leverage nature’s wisdom to stay balanced and connected in body, mind and spirit.

Prior Experience
Before joining Weleda, Rob spent five years at Unilever leading brands such as Pure Leaf & Brisk Iced Teas and TRESemmė hair care where he was charged with growing the brands into billion-dollar global businesses. His success was based on product innovation, strategic new market strategies and integrated global brand marketing programs.

Prior to joining Unilever, Rob spent 6 years at Alberto Culver leading multiple Hair Care brands, and 6 years at SC Johnson leading brands in Home Cleaning, Air Fresheners and Personal Care.

Rob lives in Ridgewood, NJ with his two children. Favorite family activities tend to be outdoors enjoying nature, including hiking, camping and running in addition to practicing yoga and meditation.
